Goodbye 2016! But before it goes, here's a few pictures of what we've been doing:
We went on a bike ride/ hike to the highest point in Manhattan.
The girls and I did a little hike in the freezing cold. Lily wasn't happy about it.
The city of Manhattan said that anyone who wanted a free Christmas tree could come cut one down at a park they're trying to clear of junipers. So we did. There were donuts!
We made the traditional kiss ball.
Madelyn celebrated her half birthday at pre-school.
We had a snow storm and the girls took full advantage of it. It may be the only snow we see this winter.
Christmas cookies.
I made a sudden trip to TX for my grandma's funeral. I hitched a ride with my parents to CO afterwards. On the way we did a lot of snap chat.
Rory and the girls were in Colorado so he could do some research. My sweet Aunt Sara watched the girlies for a night and then we headed over to Fort Collins to meet up with Rory.
Hanging out at the Fort Collins Discovery Museum.
Purple greenhouses at Rory's research facility.
Lily having fun in the townhouse we stayed at.
We decorated for Christmas.
And then we had Christmas! Rory was a little confused about his present.. turns out it was for me!
